By creating an account or using NestEgg Portfolio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NestEgg Portfolio is a manual-entry net-worth and portfolio tracker. You enter your own holdings, accounts, and liabilities; the Service organizes, values, and analyzes them. It does not connect to your financial institutions and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter
• The Service's analytics and reports are only as accurate as the data you provide
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on data in the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Enter false or misleading information

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding the data you enter), is owned by NestEgg and protected by applicable law. Your data remains yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestEgg is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors or omissions in content or analytics

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
